Ele cumpre pena por homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n<p>David estava entre os cinco detentos que escaparam do pres\u00eddio utilizando uma corda para pular o muro. Na segunda-feira (19), outro fugitivo, Jeferson J\u00fanior Ribeiro Farias, j\u00e1 havia sido localizado em uma \u00e1rea de mata.<\/p>\n<p>Com a nova recaptura, restam tr\u00eas foragidos: Jos\u00e9 Melo da Silva, Alexsander Gonzaga da Silva e Ant\u00f4nio Augusto de Moraes Ara\u00fajo.
