{"id":10032,"date":"2025-02-07T11:00:09","date_gmt":"2025-02-07T15:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticias365.com.br\/?p=10032"},"modified":"2025-02-07T11:00:09","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T15:00:09","slug":"homem-invade-casa-e-agride-ex-em-cuiaba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticias365.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/02\/07\/homem-invade-casa-e-agride-ex-em-cuiaba\/","title":{"rendered":"Homem invade casa e agride ex em Cuiab\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Um homem investigado por viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Delegacia Especializada de Defesa da Mulher de Cuiab\u00e1, nesta quinta-feira (6.2), em cumprimento de mandado judicial.<\/p>\n<p>O suspeito, de 35 anos, teve a pris\u00e3o preventiva decretada pela 1\u00aa Vara Especializada de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar Contra a Mulher da Comarca de Cuiab\u00e1, pelo descumprimento reiterado das medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme apurado pela DEDM de Cuiab\u00e1, mesmo ciente das medidas protetivas, o ex-companheiro n\u00e3o respeitou a decis\u00e3o judicial, invadiu a casa da v\u00edtima e agrediu a ex-mulher.<\/p>\n<p>Diante dos fatos, foi representado pelo pedido de pris\u00e3o preventiva, decretado pela Justi\u00e7a.
